The Stephen A. Smith Show was a syndicated sports talk radio show hosted by Philadelphia Inquirer writer Stephen A. Smith. Smith had various co-hosts along the way, including Brandon Tierney, Gordon Damer, and Mike Missanelli.

The show premiered on New York ESPN Radio affiliate WEPN on April 11, 2005, and aired at noon following The Max Kellerman Show. In September 2007, as part of a shuffling of ESPN Radio's lineup following the departure of Dan Patrick from ESPN and the removal of The Dan Patrick Show from the network's lineup, Smith received a national timeslot. WEPN moved his program to 2 PM and aired the first hour locally, preempting the second hour of The Mike Tirico Show, Patrick's replacement. The second hour aired nationally over ESPN Radio. Smith left both the national and regional show on April 11, 2008 to focus on television and to cover the NBA[1].

"The Stephen A. Smith Show" now airs from 6am-9am ET on Fox Sports Radio network affiliates across the USA,[2] including FSR Flagship station AM 570 KLAC in Los Angeles.[3]
